As the owner, I have been a practicing electrician for many years and have trained members of my team to match my skill level. Dan Wilcox Electric has been open since 1993. During our continued presence in British Columbia's Lower Mainland, I have established a strong reputation for work in the retail, commercial and industrial sectors.
We are well versed in motors & their related controls, pumps (water & fluids), PLCs, HVAC & DDC environmental controls, data & audio wiring, retail outlet lighting & power, tenant improvements.
We've been trusted with several high-profile clients including BC Lotto Corp., Chevron Canada, Dominion Neon, Sears Canada, Earls Restaurants, Q Imaging, Chintz & Co., La Casa Resort Kelowna and the Smallville movie set. We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured electrical contractor in the lower mainland, Field Safety Representative certified by Technical Safety BC. Our journeymen are constantly updating their skills, regularly undertaking new safety code courses. They're always up to date with safety requirements because we turn safety into a top priority.
Our safety manual & procedures are used as a model for other firms throughout the industry. We are the leader in setting provincial standards for our electrical installations.
